↗Served as interim head of affiliate marketing, managing the agency relationship with Acceleration Partners and leading a complete turnaround of a program that had declined over 50%. Led a major partner mix diversification, shifting from loyalty/coupon partners toward content creators and influencers aligned with MasterClass's brand strategy. This drove significant lift in brand awareness and dramatically improved cost-per-incremental-subscriber. Successfully migrated the program from ShareASale to Impact.com.

Migrated from an external referral platform to an in-house solution built specifically for Acorns' use cases.
